What Is Red-Light Therapy?

Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low wavelength red light to reportedly improve your skin’s appearance, such as reducing Wrinkles, Scars, redness and Acne. It’s also known to treat other medical conditions.

Red light therapy may be beneficial when it comes to improved skin appearance, wound healing and pain management, according to current research.

Do I need to Wear Lotion when Using Red-Light Therapy?

Although it's not a must we do recommend wearing lotion to enhance your Red-light experience.
